Ingredients

  • 3 roughly chopped potatoes about 2 inch cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • Ground Pepper as required
  • Salt as required
  • Chopped chives or greens for garnish

Method

  • Thoroughly wash and pat dry the potatoes.
  • Preheat the air-fryer at 180°C (356°F).
  • Line your air fryer basket with a baking sheet
  • Pop in the chopped potatoes, oil olive and give it a good mix. Do not over crowd the basket.
  • Air Fry for 15 minutes at 180°C ( 356°F) giving it a good shake after 8 minutes.
  • When done, sprinkle salt and pepper, garnish with some greens and serve hot with any sauce or dip of your choice!!

What seasonings can I add to the potatoes?

You can simply roast these potatoes with a drizzle of olive oil and the sprinkle any seasonings of your choice. I’ve used himalayan salt and black pepper. Feel free to use garlic powder, cajun or anything available at hand.

What size should I cut the potatoes?

I have roughly chopped them about 2 inch each, however keep in mind your cooking time will also depend on the size of the potatoes cut. If you cut them bigger, it’ll take a few minutes longer than small cut ones.
