Peri Peri Paneer with Sesame Crunch

Peri Peri Paneer with Sesame Crunch is a quick and wonderful starter you can serve with lunch or dinner or also enjoy it as a snack. Paneer is a versatile ingredient which can be used to make various dishes like cutlets, tikkas or curries.

I personally love peri peri seasoning and use it for both veg and non vegetarian dishes as marination or while cooking. This recipe calls for soft and fresh paneer marinated with some seasonings and tossed in some oil or butter. To give this an extra crunch, I have coated paneer cubes with roasted seasoned sesame which takes this dish to another level.

Can I use frozen Paneer / Cottage Cheese?

I prefer using fresh paneer, however, yes, you can use frozen paneer, thaw it and the follow rest of procedure.

Can I add veggies to this?

Yes, you can feel free to add veggies like bell peppers, onions to this.

If you’re planning to prepare this for an occasion or a get together, marinate the paneer and refrigerate it 3 – 4 hours before you plan to cook it. I have shared two ways to make this dish so you can chose the one that suits you the best.
